Do You Write? Well, Here’s Your Chance to Experience A Film Festival in Italy!
FOR the second time, Far East Film Festival (FEFF) will host a campus for young journalists that will combine education and on-site experience with cultural exchanges between writers from Asia and Europe.
The film festival for popular Asian cinema will be held in Udine, Italy from the 22nd to the 30th April 2016. If you’re an aspiring journalist and in the 19-26 age range, stand a chance to be selected for the project!
This program for young journalists provides the opportunity to get first-hand experience of a film festival while getting trained in the art of filming and writing.
Led by film industry veteran Mathew Scott, participants will receive guidance from a host of experienced film industry and media professionals.
In addition to that, they’ll get the chance to contribute to the festival’s newsletter, as well as experience the cultural and historic life of Udine and the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.

Requirements for candidates are as follows:
– Candidates must be between 18 and 26 years of age and have an excellent command of both written and spoken English.
– Citizenship or residency in one of the European or Asian countries
– Successful candidates must ensure they have a laptop to bring with them, and should also have experience with and know how to use video cameras.
All travel and accommodation expenses will be paid by the FEFF community. The candidates will be required to arrive in Udine on Wednesday, 20 April 2016, and leave on Monday, 2 May 2016.
