As a crime drama that deals with police corruption and illegal immigrants, Crossroads: One Two Jaga constantly blurs the line between right and wrong, and between the good and the bad. A film that conveys such grey areas are unheard of and unseen in the Malaysian mainstream cinemas and its effort deserves to be lauded, despite its few drawbacks.
On the 20th of April 2018, Crossroads: One, Two Jaga had its world premiere at the 20th Udine Far East Film Festival. It was also given the opportunity to be showcased as the opening film at the festival, that was screened in Teatro Nuovo, Visionario in Udine, Italy!
Screen Singapore presented their Southeast Asian Film Financing (SAFF) Project Market Prizes last Saturday at Marina Bay Sands, two of which went to Malaysian film project One Two Jaga.
THE Southeast Asian Film Financing (SAFF) Project Market, a new addition to ScreenSingapore 2015, yesterday announced its line-up of films which will receive support from the regional initiative. Making the cut are ten films produced or co-produced within the Southeast Asian region.
