Les’ Copaque and KRU Studios recently revealed their latest collaboration, upcoming children’s film Upin & Ipin: Jeng Jeng Jeng.
Some of us are still dazed over proceedings at Festival Filem Malaysia ke-27 last weekend. Quite a fair bit happened that night – we guess it was a healthy mix of positive and negative – and days later, we’re still gushing about things at the office. We were due to write a comprehensive report about the event, but thanks to the wonderful Wendi Sia who provided live coverage via Twitter, it’s probably no longer necessary. But first, we really need to do some shameless name-dropping. Junad Md. Nor, Razaisyam Rashid, Beto Kusyairy, Razaisyam Rashid, Liyana Jasmay, Azhan Rani, Jay Iswazir… The list goes on. Nadia Ngidam Cili is a short film trilogy based on Malaysian short stories (picked from Fixi, Lejen Press and Dubook Press) that is due for release on Youtube soon so it goes without saying lah that this will be free to all.
